What SVTCart delivery costs, how long it takes and how tracking works today.
Delivery options and fees
Standard Delivery: estimated 3–7 days. Free on orders of ₹1000 or more, otherwise a standard fee is shown at checkout.
Express Delivery: estimated 1–3 days for ₹129.
Local delivery and seller pickup may be offered on some pre-owned listings. The exact options and fees for your address are always shown before you pay.
Estimates, not guarantees
Delivery windows are estimates. They start from the day the seller dispatches the order, not the day you place it, and can be affected by location, stock checks and holidays.
Tracking
No courier partner is integrated with SVTCart yet. Sellers enter dispatch, courier name and tracking details manually, and those updates appear on your order page and in your notifications.
Serviceable areas
Delivery is available to addresses in India. Some sellers restrict local-only options to their own city.
Failed or delayed delivery
If a delivery fails or an order is significantly delayed, open the order and report the problem, or write to contact.viswateja@gmail.com. Our team reviews the case with the seller and, where required, records a refund.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible orders within the value limits shown at checkout. Repeated COD refusals can make an account ineligible for COD.
